KISS ACROSS TIME BOX THREE By Tracy Cooper-Posey

It's the second time I read the series but it feels like the first time, that's how good this series are. Kiss Across Time has been a long time favourite of mine, and having the opportunity to read it all again has been amazing.

This series has really accompanied me through difficult times and being able to be back through other perspective has been a gift.That's Tracy's gift, actually, be able to capture the reader not only through captivating but relatable characters and amazing writing but through profound stories that make you think about things and life and such. And time travel is my all time favourite theme, so I was sold before the start.

This is writing craftsmanship in its finest, if I were you would give it a go. Or two. Just saying

Tracy Cooper-Posey’s Kiss Across Time Box Three is a great revisit to Tracy’s worlds.
The first book picks up with Neven’s story and his life decisions. Kiss Across Tomorrow starts with Brody, Kiss Across Blades includes a time travel menage that includes vampires, and 2 short stories.
As always, Tracy’s stories have great characters, plot twists, humor, and flowing prose. You will not want to put it down.

I always eagerly anticipate this author’s newest books. I pounce on them immediately, and I read them the minute I can get them into my e-reader. So, before I turned the first page of this boxed set, I had already read all of the books (so far) in this magnificent, fan-favorite Kiss Across Time series. It was a rare treat to revisit these books all in one volume, amazing to find myself completely immersed in this fascinating and endlessly surprising world again, but this time in a prolonged visit. In this latter stage of the series, the initial small group of main characters has grown into an extensive “found” family, its members scattered around the world. There is a wide-open field of storytelling options, and this exceptional author takes full advantage of every possibility that her expert plotting skills have created.

Wholly original in style, plot, character-development, and more, no two of this writer’s books are the same. (Hallelujah!) Loyal readers are the happy recipients of these absorbing, thought-provoking, detailed, and astonishingly inventive stories. The characters, whether vampire or human, are all real, three-dimensional people with the same kinds of thoughts, doubts, hopes, fears, and ambitions as the rest of us. Each of the books in this boxed set is a stimulating new experience in this captivating fantasy time-travel world. Even though I have read all of them before, I was once again astonished and deeply impressed at how the stories twist, turn, and progress. I’ve said it before, and it continues to be true: this writer surprises me more — and more frequently — than any other author I’ve read in a very long time. She is inventive, imaginative, innovative, and has a way with words that is nothing short of sublime. What might be a simple action story by any other writer is, in Ms. Cooper-Posey’s talented hands, a multi-layered examination of history and the human condition. Interspersed, of course, with scenes that might make you want to grab the nearest fan and perhaps an ice-cold drink. Wow!! I concur with other reviewers and recommend reading this entire series in order. It is an intense and richly rewarding reading experience.

Even Better the Second Time

Kiss Across Time Box Three, by Tracey Cooper-Posey, collects Kiss Across Worlds, Time and Remembrance (novella), Kiss Across Tomorrow, More Time Kissed Moments (collection of stories and Kiss Across Blades, into one volume.

These stories comprise the second collection of works in this universe. I’ve read all the Kiss novels and novellas previously, so this was a second read through for me. It was even better this time, because the characters are more alive and familiar to me. I would normally leave a mini-review of each story in a review of a box set, but this time, I just want to expound on the quality and style of writing Ms. Cooper-Posey always brings to life. Her use of language evokes images so real, it’s as if the reader is there in person. The emotions are in context and never strained. The plots are always well thought out and beautifully entwined. Let the stories sink deep inside and wallow in them. I’ve never read a Cooper-Posey story I didn’t enjoy.

I think this is a clever way to start people thinking about time travel in ways they never considered before - the possibilities, the complexity, the dangers, the temptations and the huge responsibility brought by the ability to jump unchecked through time. It's particularly true about the past, but no less so about the present and the future.

You start reading this series expecting a well-written, complex, absorbing story in excellent Tracy C-P style, a escape from the present, daily grind of life, and you find yourself immersed in history, politics and alternative worlds and all they imply - the ugliness of war, the suffering of hunger and cold, the unfairness of power in the hands of evil and the sorrow of loss. Also, the importance of family, of true friendship among intelligent, honorable beings and the power of love.

Reading all the books in the series is totally worth it to understand the intricacies, the complexity and the elusiveness of time, but you can just read even one book and still come out richer for it.

Tracy Cooper-Posey has a beautifully delivered writing style with enough detail to immerse you in the story—whether it be current times or a snapshot of a historical era—without weighing you down with extraneous elements. I love how she can catapult me right back into the middle of the time-scape and recapture the personalities of the characters without a whole lot of repetitive backtracking. The overall storytelling flows beautifully even with lots of flashbacks; it is a rich, complex, and interesting tapestry of interwoven lives and loves that remains a high-energy rollercoaster ride of emotion and adventure.

Each book in this collection offers a unique perspective on this epic journey:
* Kiss Across Worlds stands out for its nail-biting action and the introduction of evolving, malleable new methods of time travel that make the possibilities for complications infinite.

The evolution and development of the characters throughout these stories is fantastic, making them real and captivating through their passionate and compassionate interactions. I loved watching unique trios form and seeing long-standing characters deal with traumatic relationship hurdles, heartbreak, and hope. From the scintillating hints of feelings to the smoking hot chemistry and sizzling sex, the emotional depth is immense. Watching these beloved characters' personal layers and past history unfold in such a compelling way kept me involved and entranced.

What really stands out is the admiration I have for the complexity of the plot. The methods and technicalities of time travel are evolving in fascinating ways, making time a malleable and subjective element. I expected some unpredictability with vampires and time travel, but the fascinating twists and surprises far exceeded my expectations! Even with the intricate threads and snippets of the past, the ease of reading is impressive. There is always enough information to help jog the memory of who is with whom and how they all fit together.

I highly recommend this series and especially advocate reading all the books in order. This is an epic, must-read collection that will have you waiting with bated breath for the next book; I wouldn't miss anything Tracy Cooper-Posey writes!
